Saturday

  1. 30 minutes of outside activity
    1. Hiking, Biking, Playing Games outside, or anything active

Sunday

  1. Run around the block twice
  2. 5-10 situps
  3. 10 Jumping Jacks
  4. 5-10 situps
  5. 10 jumping jacks
  6. 5-10 situps
  7. 10 jumping jacks
  8. Run around the block twice
  9. Stretch 

Monday

  1. Warm up
    1. 30 High knees each
    2. 10 jumping jacks
    3. Frankenstein kicks across the room
  2. 5-10 Frog Jumps!
  3. Run in place for 30 seconds
  4. Rest for 1 minute
  5. 5-10 Frog Jumps!
  6. Run in place for 30 seconds
  7. Rest for 1 minute
  8. 5-10 Frog Jumps!
  9. Run in place for 30 seconds
  10. Stretch

Tuesday

  1. Tag Tuesday!!!!!
    1. Play any kind of tag at all recesses!!!
  2. Come home and stretch

Wednesday

  1. Warm up
    1. 30 High knees each
    2. 10 jumping jacks
    3. Frankenstein kicks across the room or driveway
  2. Run around the block four times 
  3. Or
  4. Run in place for 1 minute
  5. Rest 1 minute
  6. Run in place for 1 minute
  7. Rest for 1 minute
  8. Run in place for 1 minute
  9. Rest 1 minute
  10. Run in place for 1 minute
  11. Rest for 1 minute
  12. Stretch

Thursday

  1. Any GoNoodle for 25 Minutes!!!

Friday

  1. Friday Fun Day!!!
  2. Play tag at all recesses!!!
  3. Come Home and stretch
