  1. 30 minutes of outside activity
    1. Hiking, Biking, Playing Games outside, or anything active

Sunday

  1. Run a quarter of a mile or around the block
  2. 5-10 pushups
  3. 5-10 squats
  4. 5-10 pushups
  5. 5-10 squats
  6. 5-10 pushups
  7. 5-10 squats
  8. Run a quarter of a mile or around the block
  9. Stretch

Monday

  1. Warm up
    1. 30 High knees each
    2. 10 jumping jacks
    3. Frankenstein kicks across the room
  2. 25 situps
  3. Bear Crawl across the living room
  4. Crab walk back
  5. Bear crawl across the living room
  6. Crab walk back
  7. 25 Situps
  8. Stretch

Tuesday

  1. Play tag at all recesses
  2. Come home and stretch

Wednesday

  1. Warm up
    1. 30 High knees each
    2. 10 jumping jacks
    3. Frankenstein kicks across the room
  2. Hold a plank for 15-30 seconds
  3. Lunges across living room or driveway
  4. Lunges back
  5. Hold a plank for 15-30 seconds
  6. Lunges across living room or driveway
  7. Lunges back
  8. Hold a plank for 15-30 seconds
  9. Run around the block

Thursday

  1. 20 minutes of GoNoodle

Friday

  1. Play tag at all recesses

Saturday

  1. 30 minutes of outside activity
    1. Hiking, Biking, Playing Games outside, or anything active

Sunday

  1. Rest day! 
  2. Or get outside and do something active!!!!!!
